Watchlist AI Support

For direct help, use the developer contact shown on the Watchlist AI App Store or Google Play listing. Include your device type and a short description of what happened. Never send your password.

A watch has not updated yet

Confirm the watch is enabled and check its next scheduled time. Daily watches run once per day and weekly watches run once per week. You can also open the watch and choose Check now.

Notifications are not arriving

Open Settings in Watchlist AI and turn alerts on. Then confirm notifications are allowed for Watchlist AI in your device settings. Your watches continue running even when alerts are off.

Restore a subscription

Open the plan screen and choose Restore my purchase. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Your account and data → Delete my account. This permanently removes the Watchlist AI account and associated app data. See the account-deletion guide for details.
